I am having a wedding of 125 guests in Mill Valley and need help with:
1. Set-Up, Clean-up and Break-Down of chairs, tables, dishes.
2. Buffet Food Service – 8 Chafing Dishes, the rest can be self serve I think, not sure.
3. Bartender for wine, champagne and beer only.
Guests will start arriving at 2:30pm. I'm hoping to be onsite at 11/12 to set-up. Thinking weddings go for about 5 hours, it will finish around 8pm, then with breal-down and clean-up, I would just need help until 9/10pm.
