I need help loading and unloading about 10 medium sized boxes and a few very light pieces of furniture from my storage unit in the Tenderloin to a charity shop on Polk and California Streets. The total volume is about 10 medium (18" x 18" x 18") sized boxes, 2 light shelving units (16" x 13" x 48" and 32" x 13" x 33"), 1 flat pack shelving unit (28" x 69"), a floor-length mirror, and a vacuum. Shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to load everything (storage unit has trolleys and an elevator and it isn't that much stuff), 10 minutes to drive to the charity shop, and 15 minutes to unload. But I've left some wiggle room in the time estimate in case I've underestimated. I don't have a car/truck to move things, and I have a bad back so can't do it on my own! There may also be some excess used boxes (broken down) that should be taken for recycling because the storage unit doesn't have a recycling bin.
