THIS IS FOR ONE JOB (MARCH 24), BUT IF YOU DO A GOOD JOB, WE HAVE 2 TO 5 OF THESE EACH MONTH…

the job pay a flat rate of $50.00 per pick up (plus cost of parking if any and mailing cost)

keep in mind that most of these events are small and you should be in and out within 15 or 20 minutes THIS EVENT (MARCH 24) WILL TAKE JUST UNDER 1 HOUR….

the best time to show up is 1 hour after they open (there are lines to get in during the first hour) but you can not go the last 1.5 hours of the event, because the employers run out of cards and many leave early….

MORE DETAILS BELOW…..

ALSO, PLEASE PRINT AND USE "NEW" SURVEY SHEET. PLEASE ALSO MAKE A COMPLETE LIST OF ALL THE EMPLOYERS AT EACH EVENT… even if you did not get a card etc. from them all. I need to have a complete list of all the attending companies.

Thanks,
Mike

PICK UP TIPS:

Attached (WILL SEND LATER) is a career fair survey sheet. Print one for each pick up. Bring one to each pick up and fill it out just before you leave the career fair.

best time to get there is one hour after it opens (no lines to get in and employers still have cards left).

You can call my cell anytime if you have any questions wail you are at the career fair…

just walk in as any other job seeker and get a card from each table (if there are 2 or more reps at the table and each has a card on the table, grab them all), but at least try to get one from each table. start by grabbing the cards from the tables that have them displayed and easy to grab. if you see the cards on the table, but their is a line in of job seekers in front of that table, there is no reason to wait on the line (they are looking to talk to the rep), just walk around and grab the card(s) and move on..

then go to the tables where they do not have the cards displayed and see if they have a flier with the LOCAL contact and grab that and move on, if no flier, ask the rep for a card. if they ask why, tell them that you work with a company that is holding a job fair in the future and you want to send them information…

One last thing… you do not want the person running the career fair (the person at the door) to know what you are doing, so keep it all low key…

After after each pick up, just put it all in the mail (regular U.S. Mail is okay) and sent it to:

Choice Career Fairs
9101 W. Sahara Ave. #105 F30
Las Vegas, NV 89117

the job pays a flat rate of $50.00 plus mailing and parking cost
(mailing should be about $2 to $5 and parking ?)

Please include an invoice with the package and I will send a check as soon as I receive the package.

Have and great day and I look forward to working with you,
Michael Brown
